Metal), and licensed and sold in the US by Springfield Armory, Inc. the HS2000 (Hrvatski Samokres (Croatian Pistol)), or XD (X-Treme Duty) file of pistols are polymer-framed, magazine-fed, striker-fired, self-moving loading, semi-automatic fire handguns. It is free in standard hogshead or a ported firkin to soften quake and reduce Springfield XD muzzle rise.
